winIDEA: Opening larger than 10 MB files

While opening a project in winIDEA, the error message The file is larger than the limit set in options is displayed.


Possible solution

1. Right-click in the Editor pane to open the context menu.

2. Select Options.

3. Set the limit of large files in the General tab.

The default is set to 10 MB.
