Device/core is hidden or locked

Devices or cores can be locked or hidden by the silicon vendor. In this case, a warning in the Progress window indicates that the device is not fully unlocked. 

Solution

Create a ticket via the Support portal and provide the following information:

• Your exact location and company name
• Screenshot of the first page of the NDA with the silicon vendor
• NDA reference number
• The markings on the chip you are using
