Trace file size is software-limited by the Recording Size Limit setting in the Recorder Configuration dialog. Make sure you set a large enough limit (e.g. can be specified in GB, as well as TB).
Ensure that the drive on which you have the %TEMP% (or %ISYSTEM_TEMP%) folder has enough disk space available. The temporary file size is 30-100x the size of the final (compressed) trace recording.
