If your license uses a FlexID dongle, ensure that the dongle drivers are installed on the License Server machine.
If you do not have the dongle driver installer, contact Technical support.
1. Download the Windows dongle drivers from the LDRA FTP site.
2. Ensure the dongle is not connected to the machine.
3. Follow the installation instructions in readme.html.
4. Verify that any required DLL files are copied to the correct locations.
5. Connect the dongle after the installation has completed.

If you are unable to install the drivers using the package, download the Manual Script Installer and follow the instructions in readme.html.
After installing the drivers and connecting the dongle, start the License Server and verify that the dongle is detected correctly.
