LDRA Test tools: FlexLM Error -10 Feature has expired

Cause

Your license is time-limited and has expired.

Solution

The appropriate action depends on your license type:

Evaluation license

If you need additional evaluation time, contact your local sales representative.

Subscription license

If your subscription term has ended, contact your local sales representative to arrange a renewal.

Off-site license

Contact Technical Support at to request a license extension.

Subcontractors

If you are using a license owned by another organization, extension requests must be submitted by the license owner. Contact the license owner and ask them to request the extension on your behalf.

Other temporary licenses

If you have received a temporary license for another purpose and believe you are entitled to an extension or a permanent license, contact either your LDRA sales representative or Technical Support.

Preventing license interruptions

LDRA provides advance warning before a license expires:

• The remaining license term is displayed in the LDRA title bar when fewer than 30 days remain.
• The ldra.log file contains warning messages when the license has less than 30 days remaining.

To avoid interruptions to your work, request any required extension or renewal before the license expires.
