The above ldra.log file, for the license server hosted on REDACTED_HOSTNAME1, states that fangtooth is not a valid server and that the valid host is REDACTED_HOSTNAME2.
The license file shows that the hostname in the license file is REDACTED_HOSTNAME2.

If the ldra.log shows an error, verify that the FlexLM license server is running from the correct directory (FTYPE or LTYPE). The email containing your license.dat file specifies which type to use.
If the hardware has been changed or the operating system has been reinstalled, the system information used for the license may have changed. In this case, a new license.dat file must be issued.
If the license.dat file is intended for this machine, generate a new <hostname>.info file and send it to Technical support along with the ldra.log file. This information will be verified, and a new license file will be issued if necessary.
