TLM: F104: protection error: License file not enabled for virtual system or terminal server

This error appears when you have a node-locked license on a PC and you access our tools on that PC using remote access, such as Remote Desktop Connection. Remote desktop usage of a node-locked license is not permitted.


Possible solution

Terminate your Remote Desktop Connection and use our tools directly on the PC where the tools are installed.

The error can also appear due to a setting in your floating license. In that case, contact us for more information.
