Sometimes the connection between the client and the remote license server is blocked by your firewall or anti-virus software.
To find out:
1. Download and run the getcid program.
2. Use the Test Internet Connection button to determine if the connection to the remote license server works.
If it does not work, please contact your IT support and ask if they can adapt the firewall/virus scanner settings to allow access to the URLs:
lic1.tasking.com, lic3.tasking.com
using one of these ports:
8080,80,8936
