It is normal for the orange LED (marked F) to turn on when the BlueBox is waiting for communication with the PC and to turn off once the communication is established. A blinking orange LED indicates an error.
When FPGA is reprogrammed, the orange LED is blinking and this does not indicate an error.
Contact Technical support and describe the blinking pattern to establish the problem.
