If your license server machine is being replaced or has failed:
1. Send an email to Technical support requesting a license server transfer. Include details for the license(s) to be moved.
2. Include the .info file
To generate the file, follow the License request.
As long as the license(s) are eligible to be moved, such as being covered by a maintenance support contract, you will be issued a Schedule B document to sign, confirming that the old license server will be removed and no longer used.
